The hourly rate includes everything: the cleaner, professional supplies and insurance. Choose one cleaner (€49/h) or two (€98/h) — and the Finnish household tax credit cuts the price by another third.

*The household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys) lets you deduct approx. 35 % of the labour cost in Finnish taxation — read our guide. Prices include VAT. 2.5 h minimum (one-cleaner workload). Move-out cleaning is priced separately at €45/h (1 cleaner) / €90/h (2 cleaners) — see move-out cleaning. “From” prices are indicative starting prices — we confirm the exact price in your quote or booking confirmation before any work starts.

Oven, fridge, cabinets, ironing and balcony are included in the hourly rate. Only these are billed separately:

On request, the hourly visit can also include: oven and fridge cleaning inside, wiping cabinet interiors, ironing and balcony cleaning — they use visit time, but there is no separate fee.
A 60 m² one-bedroom apartment with one cleaner: about 3 hours × €49 = €147 per visit. With two cleaners, about 1.5 h × €98 = €147. After the household tax credit, roughly €96.
